Reflexa for professional services.
Someone asks an assistant who to hire for a specific problem, and the answer names a few firms. Reflexa reads your site the way ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read it, fixes what keeps them out, writes the words you approve, and counts every AI visit.
The moment that decides it
Expertise an engine cannot attribute to a named person on a dated page is expertise it will not repeat. Questions of this shape, every day:
- “best <specialism> firm in <city> for <situation>”
- “how much does a <profession> cost for <case>”
- “do I need a <profession> for <situation>”
- “<firm> reviews”
- “alternatives to <the large incumbent> for a mid-size company”
What breaks on a firm's site
- Do your pages open with the answer? — Practice and service pages that describe the firm before answering the question the client typed: who it is for, what it costs to start, what happens first.
- Do your pages carry headings, dates and an author? — Articles with no author and no date. Unattributable professional content is rarely quoted, however good it is.
- Does your schema link to your profiles elsewhere? — Directory and professional-body profiles that exist but are not linked from the site, so nothing ties them to you.
- Can each section of your page stand on its own? — Insight pieces whose sections only make sense after the paragraph above. Retrieved alone, they say nothing.
What the agent does about it
- Runs the 23 checks and ranks what to fix by what it costs you.
- Applies the structural fixes itself: crawler access, Organization data, a sitemap, /llms.txt.
- Writes the opening of a practice page and the questions clients ask, in your words, published once you approve them.
- Counts AI visits page by page, so you can see which practice areas assistants actually read.
Your first week
- What stops an assistant from reading and attributing your pages, in order.
- The structural fixes applied and reversible.
- Practice pages opening with who it is for, what it costs to start and what happens first.
- AI visits counted per page.
What it costs: the page check is free in a free account; the agent reads your pages from outside and shows what keeps AI out. Putting the agent on the site starts at $49 a month; five times the usage is $149, and sites are not counted. Pricing in full →
Where the agent goes in
Professional services usually run on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace: one guide each, with the exact file and the one-line check that it worked. [All install guides →](/docs/install)
Who else it is for
Questions people ask
We cannot publish fixed prices. What then?
A range, a starting point or how the fee is structured all answer the question. What does not answer it is a contact form, and the engine will take the answer from a directory or a competitor instead.
Does the agent write legal or financial content?
It writes the opening of a page and the questions people ask, using what is already on your site, and publishes nothing until you approve the exact words. Substantive professional content stays yours.
Why does authorship matter to an assistant?
Because an engine repeating a claim prefers one it can attribute. A named author, a date and a section that stands on its own make a paragraph quotable; the same text without them usually is not.
We are confused with a firm that has a similar name.
That is an entity problem, and it is one of the 23 checks. The fix is a machine-readable record of the firm, the same name everywhere, and the profiles that prove it linked from the site with sameAs. The agent applies the site half itself where it runs, and writes the snippet for you to paste where it does not.
Can we try it without installing anything?
Yes. The page check runs from outside in a free account and shows what it finds. The agent only goes on the site when you want the fixes applied and the AI visits counted.
Start with the free check. Then tell the agent what you need.
The free check runs the 23 checks on your public pages. Nothing is installed, nothing changes until you press it.
