Reflexa Agent for b2b saas

Reflexa for B2B SaaS.

Your buyer asks an assistant for a shortlist long before they reach a demo form. Reflexa reads your marketing site the way ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read it, fixes what keeps them out from inside the site, writes the words you approve, and counts every AI visit page by page.

The moment that decides it

Three names come back. The evaluation starts with those three, and a product that is not one of them is never compared at all. Questions of this shape, every day:

  • “best <category> software for a team of 20”
  • “alternatives to <the market leader>”
  • “cheapest <category> tool with an API”
  • “<category> for agencies that manage many clients”
  • “does <product> integrate with <the tool we use>”

What breaks on SaaS sites

What the agent does about it

  • Finds which of the 23 checks your site fails and in what order they cost you, with the exact change for each.
  • Applies the structural fixes itself: crawler access, Organization data, a sitemap, /llms.txt.
  • Writes the title, the search description, the answer-first opening and the FAQ for a page, in your words, published once you approve them.
  • Counts AI visits per page, so you can see which pages an assistant reads when someone asks about your category.
  • Connects Google Search Console, so what Google already sends you sits beside what AI does.

Your first week

  1. The list of what keeps assistants out of your product pages, ordered by what it costs.
  2. Crawler access, Organization data, sitemap and /llms.txt applied and reversible.
  3. Pricing and comparison pages rewritten to answer in the first sentence.
  4. AI visits counted per page, beside the Search Console numbers.

What it costs: the page check is free in a free account; the agent reads your pages from outside and shows what keeps AI out. Putting the agent on the site starts at $49 a month; five times the usage is $149, and sites are not counted. Pricing in full →

Where the agent goes in

B2B SaaS usually run on Next.js, Vercel, Webflow: one guide each, with the exact file and the one-line check that it worked. [All install guides →](/docs/install)

Who else it is for

Questions people ask

Our site is a Next.js app. Does that matter?

It matters a lot, and it is the most common failure we see in SaaS. If the marketing pages render client-side, a fetcher that does not run JavaScript sees a shell. The install guide for Next.js puts the agent in as middleware, and the check tells you which pages are readable without scripts.

Can it write our comparison pages?

It writes the opening and the FAQ of a page and publishes them once you approve the exact words. A full comparison page naming competitors is a decision you make, not one the agent makes for you — but it will tell you which comparison questions buyers are asking that your site never answers.

We already rank well on Google. Is this not the same thing?

Partly. The structural half overlaps, so ranking usually improves with it. The difference is that an answer names a handful of products instead of listing ten links, and it is assembled from pages the engine could fetch and parse — including roundups and review sites that are not yours.

What does it cost?

The page check is free in a free account. Putting the agent on the site starts at $49 a month for one or two sites, $149 for a portfolio. See pricing.

Does it touch our app, or only the marketing site?

Only the site the agent is installed on, and only its public pages. It never touches application code, users, DNS or hosting.

Start with the free check. Then tell the agent what you need.

The free check runs the 23 checks on your public pages. Nothing is installed, nothing changes until you press it.
