Reflexa for agencies.
Your clients have started asking whether AI assistants can read their sites at all. Reflexa gives you the work and the numbers behind an answer: an agent on each client site that runs the checks, applies the fixes, writes what the client approves and counts every AI visit, kept strictly separate per site.
The moment that decides it
The question arrives in a monthly meeting, and the honest answer today is usually a guess. It does not have to be. Questions of this shape, every day:
- “best <service> agency for <industry> in <city>”
- “agency that does AI search optimization”
- “how much does an agency charge per month for this”
- “<agency> reviews”
- “agency vs in-house for a company of 50”
What breaks on agency and client sites
- Do your pages open with the answer? — Service pages that open with positioning and reach what the service is in the fourth paragraph — on your site and on most of the client sites you inherit.
- Do your external profiles agree on who you are? — The directory profile under one name, the site under another. The engine cannot tell it is the same company.
- Do Wikipedia and Wikidata know your brand? — No machine-readable record, so the agency is confused with a namesake and the answer describes someone else.
- Is your sitemap.xml present and valid? — Client sites that never had one, or whose sitemap stopped updating after a rebuild.
What the agent does about it
- One agent per client site. Each has its own token bound to that domain, its own memory and its own history — nothing is shared between clients.
- Runs the 23 checks on a schedule and tells you what changed since the last one, per site.
- Applies the structural fixes with a click: crawler access, Organization data, sitemap, /llms.txt.
- Writes a page's title, description, opening or FAQ and publishes it after your approval, so a client always sees the exact words first.
- Counts AI visits page by page, which is the line a client actually wants in the monthly report.
Your first week
- Every client site checked, with a ranked list of what to fix on each.
- The structural fixes applied on the sites where the agent runs, all reversible; exact text to paste on hosted builders.
- A per-site record of what changed, when and who approved it.
- AI traffic counted per page, per client, from the day the agent goes in.
What it costs: the page check is free in a free account; the agent reads your pages from outside and shows what keeps AI out. Putting the agent on the site starts at $49 a month; five times the usage is $149, and sites are not counted. Pricing in full →
Where the agent goes in
Agencies usually run on WordPress, Webflow, Next.js: one guide each, with the exact file and the one-line check that it worked. [All install guides →](/docs/install)
Who else it is for
Questions people ask
Can one account hold many client sites?
Yes. The Growth plan is built for it. Sites never share data: each gets its own agent, its own memory and its own token, and the token only counts events served from its own domain.
Do I need the client's developer for every change?
For the install, usually once: a plugin on WordPress, one middleware file on a coded site. After that the agent applies the structural fixes itself and publishes approved words without a deploy from you. On Webflow and the other hosted builders nothing installs: the agent writes the exact text and you paste it in.
What do I show the client?
What the check found and in what order it matters, what was fixed and when, the exact words that were published, and how many AI visits each page received. It is a record of work, not a score.
Can I white-label it?
Not today. The dashboard is Reflexa's. What you take to the client is the work and the numbers behind it.
We mostly do SEO. Where does this sit?
Beside it. Roughly half the checks are things an SEO already argues for, which makes them easier to sell when an assistant is the reason. The other half — entity data, sameAs, llms.txt, what a fetcher sees without JavaScript — is new work with a clear owner.
Start with the free check. Then tell the agent what you need.
The free check runs the 23 checks on your public pages. Nothing is installed, nothing changes until you press it.
